23:9-3.  Waters affected by article    The provisions of this article shall affect and apply only to the propagation, catching, taking and protection and destruction of fish in the waters of the Delaware river above and below Trenton falls, lying between the commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the state of New Jersey.
