24:10-73.15 - Use of license moneys for enforcement
24:10-73.15. Use of license moneys for enforcement The department is charged with the enforcement of this act and shall, for the purpose of providing funds to defray the cost of enforcement of this act, use the money received for licenses as stated in section 10, of this act, for such enforcement.
