24:16B-30.  Actions authorized    The secretary may cause, at any time, such quarantine, segregation, embargo,  seizure, detention, destruction, removal of the official inspection mark,  re-examination or re-inspection of any animal or carcass, part thereof, or meat  or meat food product as are necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act.
