24:6B-33  Rules, regulations.24.  In accordance with the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), the commissioner shall adopt rules and regulations to ensure the safety and sanitary conduct of pharmaceutical distribution and to carry out the provisions of this act.
