26:1A-70.  State Board of Barber Examiners, department of beauty culture and  board of beauty culture control transferred    The State Board of Barber Examiners, the department of beauty culture control, and the board of beauty culture control, and all of their respective functions, powers, duties, records and property are hereby transferred to the Bureau of Examination and Licensing established hereunder in the State Department of Health.
