26:2H-12.20 Applicability of act.5.This act shall not apply to an assisted living residence or comprehensive personal care home operated by a continuing care retirement community operating under a certificate of authority issued by the Department of Community Affairs pursuant to P.L.1986, c.103 (C.52:27D-330 et seq.).
