26:6-31 - Delivery of burial or removal papers
26:6-31. Delivery of burial or removal papers The funeral director shall deliver the burial or removal permit or the detachable portion of the transit permit, if any, to the person in charge or the place of burial or of final disposition before interring or otherwise disposing of the body.
