26:8-57 - Fee for reporting no registration of birth or death - New Jersey Statutes

26:8-57.  Fee for reporting no registration of birth or death    In case no birth or death is registered during any month, the local registrar shall be paid the sum of twenty-five cents for each report to that effect, if such report be made promptly as required by this chapter.
