26:9-17 - Oath

26:9-17.  Oath    Each appointive commissioner, before entering upon the duties of his office,  shall take and subscribe an oath, before the clerk of the county in and for  which he is appointed, to perform faithfully and impartially the duties of his  office.  The oath shall be filed with such clerk.
