27:11-3 - Custodian of fund - New Jersey Statutes

27:11-3.  Custodian of fund    The commissioner shall designate one of his employees to act as custodian of  the fund.  He shall furnish a surety bond conditioned for the satisfactory maintenance and disbursement of the fund in a sum at least double the amount of  the fund as first established.  He shall make no expenditure from the fund for  salaries and wages of the officers and employees of the commissioner except on  proper certification and approval of the civil service commission.
