2A:13-3 - Attorneys not to be sureties on bonds
2A:13-3. Attorneys not to be sureties on bonds No practicing attorney shall be surety on a bond as security for costs or a replevin bond or a bond given in connection with any proceeding in lieu of a prerogative writ. Any such bond signed by a practicing attorney as surety shall be insufficient.
