2A:160-1 - Persons taken out of state to answer criminal charge; warrant of  governor or waiver of extradition

2A:160-1.  Persons taken out of state to answer criminal charge; warrant of  governor or waiver of extradition    It shall be unlawful to take, or cause or procure to be taken, or aid or abet in taking any person from out of this state, for the purpose of answering any criminal charge that may have been preferred against such person in any other state, except in the manner prescribed in this chapter, unless such person consents to his removal from this state by waiving extradition in the manner provided by section 2A:160-30 of this title.
