2A:44-40 - Accidents or injuries under workmen's compensation law excepted
2A:44-40. Accidents or injuries under workmen's compensation law excepted No hospital, nursing home, physician or dentist shall be entitled to a lien under this article where the person was injured as a result of an accident coming within the scope of any workmen's compensation law.
