30:1B-21. Transfer of powers, functions and duties of state board of institutional trustees All the powers, functions and duties heretofore exercised by the State Board of Institutional Trustees pursuant to Title 30 of the New Jersey Statutes with respect to correctional institutions as defined herein are hereby transferred to and vested in the Commissioner of Corrections.
