32:11C-3 - Damages, payment of;  jurisdiction of Superior Court

32:11C-3.  Damages, payment of;  jurisdiction of Superior Court    If, under the Constitution and laws of the State of New Jersey, any damages  are payable to any municipality by reason of the exercise of the powers  conferred by this act, such damages shall be paid by the commission and shall  be ascertained and determined in the manner provided by the compact or  agreement creating such commission, and the amendments thereto and supplements  thereof.  The Superior Court shall have jurisdiction in any proceeding  instituted to ascertain and determine such damages.
