32:5-3.  Extension of facilities in New Jersey    The Delaware River Joint Commission shall have the right, authority and power to further extend its transportation facilities to such point or points in the counties of Camden, Gloucester, Salem, Cumberland, Cape May, Atlantic, Ocean and Burlington as the board of public utility commissioners of the state of New Jersey may approve.
