36:2-1 - Crispus Attucks Day

36:2-1.  Crispus Attucks Day    In order to pay respect to Crispus Attucks, the first American patriot to give his life in our country's war of freedom, the fifth day of March, in each year, is designated as a day for the general observance of that purpose and shall be known as Crispus Attucks Day;  provided, however, that when said day shall fall on any secular or business day of the week, no business transaction,  allowable or permissible on such secular or business day, shall be prohibited.
