38A:3-15 - Departmental approval - New Jersey Statutes

38A:3-15.    Departmental approval      The department shall review and approve or disapprove all policies and work programs of State departments, agencies and instrumentalities relating to veterans' welfare, services or activities.  No such activity or work program shall be undertaken or continued after disapproval by the department without specific authorization from the Governor.
