38A:3-6.10.  Designation of State hospital as treatment unit for mentally ill veterans      The Adjutant General may from time to time request that the Commissioner of Human Services designate any State hospital for the care of the mentally ill, or a part thereof, as a treatment unit for veterans who require such care and who are eligible for admission to a veterans' facility.  Upon making such designation the Commissioner of Human Services shall cause to be filed with the Adjutant General and the Secretary of State a certificate setting forth the fact thereof, a description of the precise treatment unit so designated and its location.
