39:4-120.6. Erection of traffic control device by owner of private open road 2. The owner of a private road open to the public which forms a public-private intersection may erect an official traffic control device at the public-private intersection after obtaining the necessary approval in accordance with section 3 of this act. All official traffic control devices shall conform to the same specifications as those regulating intersections.
