39:5-27 - License exhibited to magistrate upon arrest
39:5-27. License exhibited to magistrate upon arrest Any driver arrested for a violation of any provision of this subtitle shall, on demand of the magistrate hearing the complaint against him, produce his license for inspection. If he fails to produce his license or to give satisfactory excuse for its nonproduction, he shall, in addition to any other penalties imposed by the magistrate, be subject to a fine of not more than twenty-five dollars.
