4:21-11 - Permitting stallion to run at large; penalty
4:21-11. Permitting stallion to run at large; penalty A person who shall willfully or negligently suffer a stallion of the age of eighteen months or over, of which he is the owner or keeper, to run at large out of the inclosed ground of the owner or keeper, after having been notified thereof and been admonished to confine such stallion, shall forfeit and pay the sum of ten dollars ($10.00), to be recovered, with costs, by any person who shall sue for it, in a civil action, in any court of competent jurisdiction.
