4:5-106.14 - Penalties
4:5-106.14. Penalties Any person who violates any of the provisions of this act or any order, rule or regulation made by the board under this act, shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $100.00 and for the second and each subsequent offense to a penalty of not more than $200.00.
