4:5-29 - Payment of indemnity - New Jersey Statutes

4:5-29.  Payment of indemnity    Upon presentation of the appraisement certificate to the State Comptroller,  with the approval of the department indorsed thereon, the owner shall be  entitled to receive from the State treasury the sum due from the State of New  Jersey fixed by this article.
