4:5-93.28.  Report of tests    A report of any test for brucellosis shall be made in writing to the director of the division within seven days immediately following the completion  of the test, upon blank forms furnished by the department and signed by the  person drawing the blood samples, and also by the director of the laboratory or  the person making the test.
