4:5-96. Proper facilities at receiving points, stations or other premises Proper facilities must be provided by the owner of all receiving points or stations, slaughtering and distributing points or other premises where live poultry is kept for any purpose, for the handling of healthy poultry and the cleaning and disinfecting of all infected or exposed equipment, and the disposition of all dead or diseased poultry.
