40:61-22.11a - Municipal golf courses
40:61-22.11a. Municipal golf courses Any municipality which has received federal or State funds for the acquisition or development of public golf courses and which offers reduced senior citizen rates to its residents may allow any resident of the State 62 years of age or older to use these golf courses at the reduced rate.
