40:65-15 - Reimbursement of account used to pay costs connected with sidewalk improvement - New Jersey Statutes

40:65-15.  Reimbursement of account used to pay costs connected with sidewalk improvement    All moneys recovered or paid to the municipality under the provisions of section 1 of this act shall be credited to the account out of which the cost of  such work was paid.
