40A:12A-23.  Agencies, authorities subject to existing laws       23.  Each redevelopment agency and housing authority shall be subject to the provisions of the "Local Authorities Fiscal Control Law," P.L.1983, c.313 (C.40A:5A-1 et seq.), and, except as specifically provided in this act, to the provisions of the "Local Public Contracts Law," P.L.1971, c.198 (C.40A:11-1 et seq.).
