40A:12A-73. Bonds presumed authorized10. After issuance, pursuant to the "Redevelopment Area Bond Financing Law," P.L.2001, c.310 (C.40A:12A-64 et seq.) all bonds shall be conclusively presumed to be fully authorized and issued by all courts and officers of this State, and any person shall be estopped from questioning their sale, execution or delivery.
