40A:27-20 - Construction of chapter
40A:27-20. Construction of chapter This chapter shall not be construed to relieve a local unit of any obligation to seek and obtain various permits and other approvals from the Department of Environmental Protection as required by law for these projects and to comply with any other duty imposed by law.
