40A:9-145.11 - Continuation in office of persons in office on effective date of act
40A:9-145.11. Continuation in office of persons in office on effective date of act All tax collectors holding office on the effective date of this act shall continue in office until their successors are appointed in the manner provided by N.J.S. 40A:9-141 and 40A:9-142.
