43:10-18.70 - Annual reports
43:10-18.70. Annual reports The pension commission shall report annually on the condition of the retirement system and the manner in which its funds are invested. The report shall be filed with the board of chosen freeholders of the county and a copy thereof furnished to the head of each department of the county for use of the employees and the public.
