43:13-22.65 - Unlawful action--bar to pension - New Jersey Statutes

43:13-22.65.  Unlawful action--bar to pension    If any member shall become incapacitated from or shall lose his life in the  performance or commission of any unlawful act which would warrant his dismissal  from the employ of the city, no pension shall be paid to such member or to his  widow, her husband, his or her children or dependent parents.
