43:21-19.3.  Provisions dealing with exclusion of certain agents retroactive    Notwithstanding the provisions of this act as to its effective date in other  respects, subsection (i)(7)(J) of section 43:21-19, dealing with exclusion of  certain insurance agents and agents of investment companies, is to be  retroactively applicable from and after, and effective as of, December twenty-third, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
