44:1-34 - Collection of expense from participating municipalities - New Jersey Statutes

44:1-34.  Collection of expense from participating municipalities    The expense under such contract shall be provided for by appropriation and paid in the same manner as other county expenses, except that it shall be levied, assessed and collected only from municipalities participating and not from those which elect not to participate and which maintain their own permanent poor.
