45:7-65.2 - Branch mortuaries - New Jersey Statutes

45:7-65.2.  Branch mortuaries    No person shall operate, maintain, or use a branch mortuary within this State unless it is under the actual personal supervision, direction, management  and actual control of a person who is duly licensed as a practitioner of  mortuary science or as a funeral director.
