45:8-35.8 - Proof of completion of credits
45:8-35.8. Proof of completion of credits 7. The board shall accept as proof of completion of continuing professional competency program credits documentation submitted by a person licensed as a land surveyor or by any entity offering a continuing professional competency program approved by the board pursuant to section 2 of this act.
