46:20-3. Indexes to contain names of parties to instruments
All deeds and other instruments of the nature or description set forth in section 46:16-1 of this title shall be indexed in the names of the several parties thereto, by and to whom the same are made, executed and delivered, and also in the names of the cestui que trustent thereof, so far as they are expressly and individually named therein.
