48:23-14 - Board of directors - New Jersey Statutes

48:23-14.    Board of directors       The Foundation for New Jersey Public Broadcasting shall be governed by a board of directors.  The number of directors and their terms and manner of selection shall be determined upon the incorporation of the foundation, provided that a majority of the directors shall be selected from among or by the members of the New Jersey Public Broadcasting Commission.  No employee of the New Jersey Public Broadcasting Authority shall serve as a member of the board of directors.  No member of the board of directors shall engage in any business transaction or professional activity for profit with the New Jersey Public Broadcasting Authority.
