48:23-5 - Executive director
48:23-5. Executive director The commission shall, subject to the approval of the Governor, appoint an executive director. The executive director shall receive such salary as shall be provided by law. He shall devote his entire time to performance of his duties and shall, unless and until removed by the Governor, hold office at the will of the commission. Appointment of the executive director shall not be restricted to residents of this State. The executive director may be removed from office by the Governor, upon notice and opportunity to be heard.
