5:12-210. Rules, regulations
20. The Casino Control Commission and the New Jersey Racing Commission shall individually and jointly promulgate and adopt any rules and regulations, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), which are necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act.
