5:12-44  "Security."44."Security" --Any instrument evidencing a direct or indirect beneficial ownership or creditor interest in a corporation or other form of business organization, including but not limited to, stock, common and preferred; bonds; mortgages; debentures; security agreements;  notes; warrants; options and rights.
