5:5-145  Distribution of inactive, dormant accounts.19.All amounts remaining in wagering accounts inactive or dormant for such period and under such conditions as established by regulation shall be paid 50% to the account wagering licensee and 50% to the New Jersey Racing Industry Special Fund.
