52:14-17.2 - Appeal

52:14-17.2.  Appeal    Any officer or employee of this State, who may be removed by the Governor, pursuant to Article V, Section IV, paragraph five, of the Constitution, may appeal from the order of removal to the Appellate Division of the Superior Court as in the case of an appeal from a final decision of a State administrative agency in lieu of prerogative writ.
