52:14-25.  Distribution to public libraries and historical societies    There shall be distributed, at the expense of the state, to each of the free  public libraries and to each of the incorporated historical societies in the  counties of the state, one copy of every report, testimony, pamphlet or other  publication printed or published by or under the direction of the state, or any  officer thereof, and also one copy of any publication purchased by or under the  direction of the state for distribution.
