52:14-34.6.  Rules, regulations     The Director of the Office of Administrative Law may promulgate rules and regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.) for purposes of implementing the provisions of this act.
