52:14E-4.    Governor's Advisory Council for Emergency Services; membershipˆ
     There is hereby created a Governor's Advisory Council for Emergency Ser vices, which shall consist of the Attorney General, who shall be the presiding officer; the Adjutant General of Military and Veterans' Affairs, the Commissioner of Community Affairs, the Commissioner of Environmental Protection,  the Commissioner of Transportation, the President of the Board of Public Utilities, and the Executive Director of the New Jersey Public Broadcasting Authority, or their designees.  The members of the council shall serve without  pay in connection with all such duties as are prescribed in this act.
