52:14E-8.1.  Reimbursement for emergency broadcasts
     Upon a determination by the Director of the Division of Budget and Accounting in the Department of the Treasury that funds available to the New Jersey Public Broadcasting Authority are not sufficient to meet the expenses of  emergency broadcasts pursuant to the provisions of section 1 of this act, the Governor's Advisory Council for Emergency Services shall, upon application to it by the authority and approval by the Governor, authorize payment to the authority from the Emergency Services Fund.  The payment shall reimburse  the authority for the cost of its emergency broadcasts pursuant to the notification by the Director of the State Office of Emergency Management in the Division of State Police.
