52:16A-48  Meetings; report6.  The commission may meet and hold hearings at any place or places as it shall designate during the sessions or recesses of the Legislature.  The commission shall report a summary of its activities and its findings, conclusions and recommendations to the Governor, the Legislature, and the Department of Transportation on an annual basis, not later than March 1 of each year of the commission's life, accompanying them with any legislative bills which it may desire to recommend for adoption by the Legislature.
